At Gooburrum Grove, we just love our bees. They provide us with 100% raw honey that is not heated and has minimal filtration, so you receive your honey just as nature intended. During the process, we cold extract the honey so that you reap the health benefits of the natural flavours with no added nasties.

Be mindful that due to the raw state, your honey and honeycomb will contain bee pollen and propolis (which is excellent for a sore throat). So we advise you not to give these products to infants and children under 12 months of age due to a possible allergic reaction. Our raw honey is packaged in a glass jar, ideal for re-using, and our honeycomb comes in a cute rectangular container making it easily accessible.

Store at room temperature in a dry, cool place.

How can I use the honey and honeycomb?
Our favourite thing is eating the honeycomb straight from the package, chewing on the edible wax, and making a good ole sticky mess with our fingers as we grapple to savour it before it slips onto the floor. We also spread it on toast, add it to grazing platters, and you can even add a slice to cocktail drinks either as a garnish with a difference, or to enhance the sweetness at the bottom of the glass. Our honeycomb is for pure indulgence, and you’ll soon swap out chocolate for this sweet treat.
